i smashed a jam jar with a knife hand strike,...twice!

i also once smashed the lightswitch off the wall at my mums house once when trying to turn off the light with a palmheel strike...she beat me to a pulp for that.

Is this like personal bests or something?

My PBs after 3 months in training (stopped for like a year  )

    Bench: 65kg
    Squat: 100kg
    Partial deadlift: 100kg
    Dumbell bench: 27.5kg dumbells
    Overhead press: 40kg

Not the most impressive records, but they are mine and they show I'm improving so I'm happy :)

My personal training record is making sure i work hard every session on exercises that won't cripple me in later life.

And choosing a user name that isn't too embarassing. ;) :)

Come on dude, are you a martial arts student or a tekken student? :)

Hey man, when I'm in a street fight, if I connect with my Burning Fist or Lightening Screw Uppercut it's fight over!

My 'record' would have to be the month last year where each week consisted of:

MA 6 times (2 hour sessions)
Ran a minimum of 70km (8 sessions over 6 days)
6 gym workouts (75 min each)

Did that for a month (on top of full time work and study), then realised I'd become obsessed and cut back.

    anytime G :p

i used to weigh 75kg, but ive since stopped with the weights - i now just do more bodyweight training and running - its helped with my kickboxing in a number of ways. One good thing to trimming down is i now fight smaller guys which helps! ;) :D
