I would rather have an Eskrima stick on hand. I don't like bladed things as much, a stick or pipe works well enough. A good whack on the weapon hand is good enough, plus at worst it will break the fingers. A bladed weapon could draw blood, unless somebody has those fancy sakabatos
For me its a Tactical scimitar Ninja sword of course - [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgxmJMLcso0"]Tactical scimitar Nina sword review - YouTube[/ame]
Its not a sword, its a stainless ''piece of.......... steel'' designed to make teenagers buy it of the internet. Obviously my real favorite weapon for self defense is the katana, and this video will explain why - [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAkCLpMtjlM"]Katana VS Burglar Techniques (Please Read The Video Description) - YouTube[/ame] Bonus extra interview - [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzpRidhcOV8&list=UUG7sUjrI-zO6NGRbzhmeURQ&index=3"]Will Keith's Appearance on RudeTube - YouTube[/ame]
I know a guy who's selling one if you are in need of such. I've got one of these bad boys: http://www.albion-europe.com/swords...ieval-single-edged-swords/model.aspx?model=62 Given that it's a curved single-edged two-hander, the Japanese sword guys love it. My sensei really liked it. To quote a former training partner who handled it: "I feel like a big man!" It would be my go-to SHTF melee weapon. -Mark
Hey buddy which weapon do you hold in your hands in the given photo? Is it handy for any person during emergency situation? no,it is not portable as such.
