What Qigong school do you follow?

I practice Kunlun school Daoist Wild Goose qigong

I practice Chen Style Taiji

I cultivate the Tibetan Yoga of the Children of the Law of One

 

I practice Binhui He's taiji five element qigong, which is taoist at its roots. I practice Yang style taiji, and I meditate using a taoist water method.
