What is the best form that you know?

 

The best form is to stay focused and work hard

 

I'd say Jamie Eason has one of the best forms that I know.

What do you mean by form? Form as in CMA forms? Kata? A specific fighting style?

In what context are you using best? Best for what? Not all "forms" are supposed to have a direct relation to fighting.

Keep in mind that there are many people on this forum who all have various backgrounds, their training may not be the same as yours.

the biology and physics of are what matter.
once you understand how a joint attack/chokes/strike/block/parry/sweep/throw/potato works, the setup can change.
