What is the best training equiptment?

    A full body sized mirror. Besides admiring yourself, its a way you can spot your awkward movements and improve on it. The way I train using the mirror is by looking at a technique, and try to match my execution with it. It've proven effective for me.
    The second best is the punching best then. Heez....

    I like me big sticks, my Gameness BJJ Gi, My lycra vale tudo shorts, my Protactic wrestling boots, my leather Thai pads, my leather title focus mitts, my Japanese swords, my Filipino swords, my Thai swords, my 16,14,10 and 6oz gloves etc etc blah blah blah...

    Don't have to get all whiney Yoda. I don't have much training equipment. I have 16oz Boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin pads and a mouth guard. They are all I need for what I do. I like having my own gloves the best. Community gloves smell bad :cry:

    Firm kick to the nuts? Depends on how many guys in the world you want to prevent from celebrating Fathers' Day...
