Sort of like the fat-burning program at New Years? ''Herbo's Shin Cracking 101'' ;' )

I love it when new people come train, I just don't love over zealous white belts with no footsweep timing who spend a 5 minute randori trying to liquify my shins ;)

To be fair I saw a lot of foot sweep attempts on judoka that looked like they were in balance and I must have watched about 20 hours of judo

I saw some footsweep attempts at the Olympics that wouldn't have looked out of place at a Kyokushin knockdown competition. :)

Karina Bryant Vs. the Kazak girl, perchance?

Oh it definitely happens even at the higher levels, and my own ashi waza isn't great either. However, beginners have a knack of being able to hit the same spot over and over again haha.

Leg locks were banned in the 1920s, long before Judo was ever considered for the Olympics.

Again, Daki age was banned in the 1920s.
