    Okay THEFOREVERMAN,

Let me give you an honest peace of advice, from what I've red, you are coming off as a troll ( someone who is provoking negative argument) with little to no experience in online forums. If you are actually interested in becoming part of ANY online community, you need to do so respectfully. What that means is you need to understand the Terms of service, and maybe do a little research on forum etiquette.

If I were you, I would start by posting an introduction of who you are, why you are here, what you wish to gain from being here and what your relevant experience is in Martial arts. You would do this by going to general discussion, introductions, and new thread. Learn to use the search fuction on this site, a lot of questions have already been answered. Even though the people on this forum will help you as best they can no one like repeating themselves. Take the advice people are giving you, do not just discredit them by arguing with them, claiming or acting like you know better. If you do know better, then there is no reason for you to be here. Im sure if you argued with your geometry teacher on a subject he spent meany years studying, he would ask you to leave.

I think that sums it up.

That is how you avoid online attack :)

The infinite monkey theorem states that a monkey hitting keys at random on a typewriter keyboard for an infinite amount of time will almost surely type a given text, such as the complete works of William Shakespeare.

With THEFOREVERMAN it would take one drunk monkey 3 minutes

    1. This thread shows otherwise.
    2. As above
    3. No you are not, you have failed to address your initial post on the subject
    4. No we aren't and I could put forward a good argument for bringing the Gorin no sho into the discussion even though it came about from one of your posts.
    5. Yes it is good manners.
    6. Current thread indicates otherwise.

I'll give you a :thumb: for the effort
    I have done nothing wrong
I just wanted to help people and learn more about martial arts, but all I found out was this place is full of mean people who have no lives.

    TO THEFOREVERMAN:

you train Hiten Mitsurugi? Bovine Faeces.

Until you post a video of yourself jumping more than 2 meters from stationary while someone's doing a kesagiri on you, or achieving Shinsoku on the track, DON'T EVER CLAIM YOU'RE TRAINING HITEN MITSURUGI.

and number two, Go rin no sho aka book of five rings sucks bad in english. better to find and ask a HNIR adept.

ps, you probably use this pick-up line: "Wanna see my sword? It's not reverse-edged!"

You have no experience in the subject so in what way can you help?

Yet you are the one who has deliberately avoided answering questions and has generally tried to disrupt things

Yeah that happens when you actually train.

Doesn't even need to find an adept really, any old Niten dude would do. ;)

I never claimed to train in that style, I said I wanted to. Gawd.
    I can't jump that high. I won't lie
It does not suck, that man will be better than you in mental and physical aspects

Sorry Dean I've only just got in and not read all of this thread.

Anything in particular you have in mind in the way of soft skills?

that's what i call an adept really. :hat:

then what are you studying? a book? reading a book is not martial arts, it's reading a book. martial arts is application of violence on another person. even if you read all and study all the maneuvers of sun tzu, clausewitz and musashi, if all you do is use them for RTS games, it's not martial arts, it's gaming. sitting on your fat duff and reading about applying is not martial arts.

now what art are you learning (and that impacts on the weight of your opinion on the topic of this thread). painters aren't qualified to say what techniques a surgeon should use.

    ON TOPIC:

i prefer what i call push n flip, you can learn that in ballroom dance classes. doesnt matter if he's close to you if youre facing his back.
