What colour is Thursday?

I like to wear coloured socks based on the day of the week. So far I have Blue for Mondays, Ruby (Red) for Tuesdays, Orange for Wednesdays and Black for Fridays. My problem is that there doesn't seem to be any culturallly significant colour attached to Thursdays.

Does anyone have any suggestions with good reasoning for this elusive day colour?

Thursday is a brown colour

 

Wear one black and one white to signify racial harmony. The word "Harmony" ends in the letter "Y" like Thursday. This is not by coincidence...

Is there any particular reasoning behind the other colours?

And purple would be my suggestion too.

I wore Green today so jwt was right for today. Orange Wednesdays is just a phone company promoting 2 for 1 film tickets but they filled the Wednesday colour gap.

 

Purple? Saturday.

 

A mixture I would say.

Bright white socks, tight black trousers. Must moonwalk ..........everywhere.
