Good weekend though dont you think, doing lots of Koto ryu stuff on saturday to continue with, how is that thigh and ribs!!

 

Saturday training was good yeah my ribs a bit sore!

The Sanshin work was good on Sunday!

well with Rich's Missus being of the 'bun in the oven' variety i would expect Rich's Tehodoki to improve although size would be a factor dependant on whether it was Katate or Ryote!!!
