This video shows some controlled sparring drills of the Pre-Heaven Power Method (先天勁法) demonstrated by the chief instructor, Master Wei-Chung Lin (林維中), of the American YiZungYue Internal Martial Arts Association (AYZYIM). AYZYIM is a new organization to promote the Pre-Heaven Power Method to the world’s martial arts community. The Pre-Heaven Power Method, developed by Grandmaster Pan Yue (潘岳), is a systematic, revolutionary, and comprehensive approach to acquiring internal power. The First International Workshop on the Pre-Heaven Power Method will be held on October 23-24 in Skokie , Illinois , U.S.A. Please check the site http://www.americanyzy.com/ for more details about the workshop and AYZYIM.

I hope if I ever get attacked by someone for real, they attack just like the attackers in that video.

I think I'm just gonna be dubious of these videos of people using "internal power" to throw people backwards with minimal effort until I experience it myself. It just looks so utterly staged and compliant that until I feel it for myself, I think it's gonna get filed under "staged".

If you put the pad on the wall, people will "fall" where the pad is.

If it is to be introduced to the world of martial arts...then visit some clubs and introduce it.

    sparring

Why is that video entitled controlled sparring???

It explicitly state that it is stage 4 sparring exercises on the video too.

    ROTFLMFAO!!!
Agreed... violence is a foreign concept to the 'attackers' in this video. Seriously I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. But the doubt won was shown to be justified by this. Absolutely dire.:hat:

I wish someone would hit me in the back with that chi power when I go on a run, would help my feet propel themselves without me having to put any effort in.

I think it would look more convincing if their feet took off the ground when they got hit, they should really invest in some wires..

The video shows Sifu Lin demonstrating 13 techniques built in the Preheaven Power curriculum. Of course, the idea is to apply the principles in any posture or technique. The video is not free sparring/full contact, its to give more of an idea beyond that of the standing stake exercise videos. It's natural and common for people to be skeptical. Although we encourage those interested to attend the workshop, anyone is free to visit the school at any time for a demonstration. The Preheaven Power method is based on principles of body mechanics and physiology, not qi. No non-touch throwing or qi blasts here. Thanks for watching.
