Firstly: NTL are having a proxy problem (I called them) which is preventing some of there users posting if your having this problem here's the fix. Go to Internet explorer > Tools > Internet options > Connections tab > click the Lan settings button > the click the box for proxy settings and put in inktomi1-bel.server.ntl.com and port 8080 Then click ok and reboot machine. If you can't find these settings then you need to call NTL and ask them to take you through it. Secondly: We have added the Glossary, this is by no means complete if you would like to add to it place your suggestions in the 'Suggestions and Questions' section under a new heading of 'Glossary terms'. And lastly we have added a more noticeable link to the calendar so people are more inclined to view it and add there events.
