    Dr. Gyi is respected the world over as a soldier's soldier and trainer of thousands in the combative systems of Burmese Bando, the fighting system of the world's most renowned soldiers — the Gurhkas. A long time resident of the Ohio area, Dr. Gyi works tirelessly for the art of Bando and supports the armed forces of the world. Dr. Gyi will be teaching the Boar stick in the morning workshop and has agreed to teach the rarely seen Bando blade in the afternoon session. The blade of Bando, the Kukri, is one of the world's most recognized and respected combat utility arms and was made famous by the Gurkhas.     Cool. Didn't notice that. Of course, that leads me to wonder if other people notice it :)
