    Hi guys, some people questionning about Qigong and Neigong work will find the following article very interesting. It is an excerpt of Master Yang's book "The Roots of Chinese Chi Kung".

    BTW, whenever you see the Chinese term "Yi" in the article it stands for "mind/intent" since whenever minds goes chi follows.
