I have had the opportunity to train a bit in Korea. I have plans to go back next year! I am sure that there are several of you who have been to Korea and trained there and I thought that you might like to share your experience.

My tip: When you go to Korea for the first time to train, go for three weeks.
Don't spend to much time sightseeing. Just stay in your teacher's gym all day and train every moment you have the opportunity. Show that you are dedicated. In the weekends he or one of his friends will take you on some sightseeing trip anyway.
Build up a strong relation with your teacher, when you go back the other year you will be able to do some sightseeing as well, and the year after that. No need to spend your first weeks on nothing but sightseeing, you will be able to that later.
Nothing is more fun than experiencing another culture with people from that culture.
