What are some benefits of training with sticks thinner than 1" (2.54 cm), or just sticks thinner than what you are used to, and what are the possible troubles of training with them (if there are any)? I will be getting a few (3/4 inch) in some time, and the only thing I heard is that they could be good (?) for grip training. Let me know what experiences have you had. And while we're at it, if someone knows, what are your experiences with using sticks with a bigger diameter?
