http://www.floridabujinkandojo.com/articles/training/index.htm Went to a seminar not to long ago; I think we called it the “Florida bujinkan buyukai 2003 Japan training review seminar.” Anyhow, one of the instructors was Rob Renner, and he talked about a training hierarchy practice method that was insightful, helpful, and easy to understand and use. I found it on his dojo website, and thought I’d share it. Enjoy.
