As you may have noticed by now the H&F section has a new sub-forum for training logs. This really is just an area to record what you're doing. The actual content is up to you, it can be a weightlifting log, a training thoughts and feelings log, a nutrition log, progress pictures log or just about anything that is fine with the ToS. The only extra rule I will add is that we may allow a little more leeway with editing or removing posts at the request of the thread starter/log owner. This is solely to stop any derailing of logs or deliberate efforts to ruin a thread so if you feel you want some posts edited from your log then use the report function () and we'll allow edits we wouldn't normally for a thread elsewhere.
