    I'm wanting to get some gear for the house. I'm thinking of a headache bag - are they worth it? A Heavy Bag - how heavy?
    One of those wooden-stick things you smack and crack into - worth the money? And lastly where can I get a floor mat?

    For the bags and the floor mats, i recommend
    www.karate-kid.co.uk

    The sell loads of Martial Arts equipment for various disciplines.
    As for the wooden stick your smack and crash into;

    :confused: :confused: :confused:

    Do you mean a wooden dummy?

    I'm looking for a "Banana Bag" at 130ish lbs. Also is that wobbling kick-bag worth looking into?

  5. I'll 'ave a look for you regarding the banana bag.

    If you mean the Wavemaster type things (Freestanding bags on a sand/water filled base) then I'd say NO but some people like 'em.
