I was wondering if this routine is too much work. I want to do all these exercises but am having trouble fitting em right together into a week's schedule. Mon, Wed, Fri Bodyweight exercises: Lever, L-sit, Plache, One arm pushup or side press, Plache assistance core work, hand stands, Tuck sit 3-5 sets of each exercise with 1-2 min rest between each sets This replaced my DE/ME bench (b/c I hate bench) and my core exercises. Tue ME DL/squat: one maximal effort squat or DL exercise Romanian DL 3x8 G/H raise 3xbodyweight grip work Thur "Anything" day: overhead squat (this showed me how crappy my stabilizers are) clean/press (I watched a vid of strongmen contestents doing this and it looks amazing) pull through jump rope Sat DE squat/DL: Box squats 8x2 G/H raise 3xbodyweight light DL 8x1 grip work Btw, I have just recently fallen in love with overhead lifts. I have not learned clean/press yet. It looks extremely hard tho. Some pull-ups done here and there throughout the week.
Too Much Start out slower and work on grip and wrist training everyday Ill see if i can find my old workout
Nvm, it should be perfect if I just do this. lol.. answered my own question Take out Thursday and take a rest. Doing this on Wed: L-sit Planche clean/press overhead squat pull through
I might of missed something but maybe you could change a few exercises about and add military press and bench press. Only and idea though its your routine.
