Your pic has to be hosted on a public website first. Sites like photo bucket will let you do this free. Then you have to paste the url address of the particular photo you wish to post between IMG tags in your post In your message it will look something like yet when you preview it you will see your pic. Hope that helps.
dont click quick reply, click click post reply and a new page will open. scroll down to additional options and click on manage attachments. then browse your computer for pic and upload it. Another pic of Mine and Badgers Master Instructor
You can also attach a pic (gif jpe jpeg jpg) to your post that you have on your computer by using the Manage Attachments option located below the Reply to Thread box

Here is a scissor kick performed by one of our black belts at test .... No springboard or fancy camera angles ! (that's me at grading table 4th from left).
yes, that exactly how it was done. Aswell as a jet pack on the back, but we made sure that when he jumped, he jumped at a certain angle so that you wouldnt be able to see it. This was the "funny camera angle".
