Sorry, if this has been asked before, but can anyone recommend to me some good TKD books? I'm not talking about those "White to Black belt course" ones or anything just showing off techniques. I'm looking for books about the art itself, not what's contained within. Cheers
To be honest with you mate your going to find more about the art it's self by studying at classes etc then in a book.But if you really want books look on ebay or in your local libary or book stores. -Mike
