nzric on lookout for bad guys

This forum is set up for discussion and debate on the topic of Internal Martial Arts (IMA).

IMA is founded on philosophy and spiritual thought, however, the main theme for this particular forum is how Internal principles/practices affect your own martial art/s.

It is important to keep the following in mind:

    - If a post doesn't directly relate to the practice of Internal Martial Arts, it is not appropriate for this forum and will probably be moved (try posting in the Philosophy, Traditional Healing or Off Topic area).

    - If you have an opinion, you WILL be asked to provide evidence. You should expect this. It's better to provide the sources/proof of your opinion, especially to benefit members who may not know much about the topic.

    - Personal attacks and patronising comments about someone's ideas/beliefs/theories will NOT be tolerated. However, constructive criticism and diverse opinions should be expected.

    - Many members have already posted their own views and have clear opinions on certain topics. If you have already stated your case in another thread, link to or post in that thread instead, rather than re-writing somewhere else. This saves your fingers the work and makes the forum a lot tidier.

    - Make sure your post relates directly to the thread topic. You can expect any posts that are widely off topic, and do nothing to further the thread, to be moved.

If you feel any disagreements are getting personal, or there are off-topic posts/threads appearing, PM the topic or global mods and we will look into it.

And above all else, enjoy the forum!
