I hyper-extended my elbow last Friday sparring. Trying to trow for KO's and all. Was pretty bad and decided to take a different approach to recovering the injury. Apparently, if you "rest" the injury and don't keep working the joint involved . . . you heal up a lot quicker. Somebody needs to do some research on this.
There are 60 minutes in an hour, do not be afraid to use them all. So I will be ready at 5:23 to leave and see your parents, not a quarter past 5, not half past 5, 5:23.
I didn't see any Tapout merch tonight, and it seems that Monday is the day every man and his dog does arms (since today there was a metric fto err I mean there were lots of dumbbells) just so I know next week. Is it possible to tell guys how to do weights at the gym (if you're a girl). I saw one guy doing front raises with one of those fixed barbells 15kg maybe 20kg. Now I'm pretty sure the weak arm will be assisted by the strong arm and you will just train imbalance, but y'know could I have told him? and then I found this.... Really? I only ever see 40ish old guys going through early mid-life crisis wearing the Tapout gear. . . . . . . . .

I don't have much to say, though I'd just bump/sub to this thread. Oh, um, "thought of the day" Never mix drinks.
