There has been more than several threads on here regarding Kenpo/Kempo's varied history and lineages. They all for the most part ended up getting locked due to its rapid decline in useful information. So this is a one time warning to not re-hash old arguments and differences between the many different Kenpo/Kempo factions.

The one thing I think we need to understand is it is all pretty much a bunch of hits, strikes, kicks, throws, knees, elbows, heads and what ever you can think of at the moment. When it is needed, the more you know the better you can deal with it. Well the Gathering is over, anyone care? LOL I'll be going to the Chow Memorial to see what Thomas is doing, Probably Kaji.
