That's probably because I don't know how to spell it, wolfie.
You take mashed potatoes, sauerkraut (found the spelling) and smoked sausage and layer them in a crock-pot and cook for a couple hours.

It is! I got fed sauerkraut with a big fat doughball in the middle topped with a cabbage leaf when I went skiing with school.

Needless to say I went hungry that night...

Sauerkraut is great, I like it with sausages or as a side dish with just about anything, It stinks when you make it fro scratch though.
