And I don't specifically watch combat sports for people getting hurt. I have however been robbed by incompetent officials who have neither trained nor been hit. When there is obvious risk, sure. And in many cases ruin their future opportunities.
They dont lose opportunities on an early stoppage - promoters recognise that it happens and deal accordingly They DO lose opportunities by being beaten to a pulp
If the fight was the one I'm thinking off, its been stricken from the record and a rematch is occurring.
