17/10/2012 Squat 3x5 135lb SLDL 3x5 110lb Thats all for today, I felt weird ofter the last leg workout, so I took it easy. Weighed 67kg today.
I know! I was going to mention it, but I was writing the log during Computer Science, and my teacher got a little ****ed of with me. I made the jump to almost body weight quickly, its a little scary Also discovered that the bars I was using for DL only goes up to 110, so now I'm going to have to use the extra Olympic bar that is lying.
Awesome thanks, Seventh and I were comparing numbers, and we were wondering why they were so off, and we discovered that he isn't including the bar.

Good Workout, If I was a little tired. Edit: I am going to a Judo tournament in two weeks, my conditioning is pretty bad right now, this shall be great

Some guy came up to me during my BP and asked if he could work in... he tried at my weight, started complaining how heavy it was, and walked away, three minuntes later he showed me a red make on his chest. 14/11/2012 3x5 Front Squats 61kg 3x5 SLDL 65kg 3x5 Low Back Squats 79kg 3x10 Hack Lunges 27kg Notes: Oh sweet baby jesus that hurt!!!!! but its a good hurt!!!! The front squats were different, but I enjoyed them. The Low Back Squats were epic, I felt badass because I now squat the most in the gym. And the Hack Lunges left me bearly able to walk up stairs to the change room.... WAS FUN THOUGH! Guy from yesterday tried to get me on creatine

Looking good! Don't mind the other guys in the gym, as long as they aren't bothering you or interfering with your work, shouldn't be too bad. Might I add that I work out during my spare, so I get almost no distractions? Except for when the girls from the other gym class walk in, but that is another story. :3
