Porridge with banana and cinnamon this morning, cup of lemon squash, cup of tea with cream and one sugar and a cod liver oil tablet. It beats awful cheap "strawberry granola".
This morning I had boiled rice with bacon slices, thyme, coriander, parsley, crushed and fried ginger cloves, cracked black pepper, my usual cup of lemon squash and a fish oil tablet. Followed by a bowl of some strange honey and nut granola and a cup of tea. I don't care about the fact I nearly passed out for several hours because of carbo overload, it was so worth it
Sorry to necro-post, but this seems like a thread worthy of resurrection. I had a bowl of rice, with two hard-boiled eggs, and some left-over stir-fried veggies. This is a common training day breakfast for me.
Oh, this is an interesting forum I used to eat a joghurt or something sweet like a cake for breakfast with a glass of milk, but a few months ago, I wanted to try something a bit more healthier and now, with few exceptions I eat oat, rye and wheat flakes poured over with a hot milk, with a bit of coco, cinnamon, almonds and chia seeds with some fruits on top. Now in summer I get strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, and a half of a banana, usually And a black tea with milk. It takes around 10 minutes to prepare, but it is worth it to get up a bit earlier.
Sir "Shroom" has my drink at least! I tend for the protein shake with mixed berries (frozen of course). 8oz of milk for the shake as well.
Bacon, with more bacon with a side order of Bacon. On a serious note, i usually go through trends in eating and its somewhat random, like i had eggs for breakfast for like a week in diffrent forms, i have tuna sometimes, bacon others and sometimes take away food like sanwiches or chips and other times prawns, im quite fond of prawns and tuna.
And that's all? I'm all about coffee, but I get grumpy if I don't have something with it! Eggs and tater-tots today.
Serious answer. I actually rarely eat breakfast. Unless I wake up super early, my first meal is usually not till around noon. And even when I have breakfast, it's a very light meal. Bit of toast and fruit. I been doing that for years, didn't realise i was technically doing IF.
I had a breakfast smoothie consisting of: -Milk -Oatmeal -Protein Powder -Frozen Strawberries -Peanut Butter It's my standard Saturday morning breakfast before class.
Not this morning (this morning was 3 rounds of marmite on toast) but most days (i.e. Training days) it's a 650ml smoothie... 300ml milk 1 (26g) scoop Protein powder 1 Banana 75g Natural yogurt 25g Grenola ...which wasn't originally all that nice, until I started adding the banana and the grenola.
