Kouchia gari A kouchia gari for me, since it's one of the only throw i know other than a Ogoshi, i think it's good for getting someone down and quickly getting into some ground work, i can do a pin which involves centering your chest on the Uke's chest whilst pressing your arm on the uke's arm and holding the collar down, whilst the uke has an arm free, not sure what its called, anyone know? :cry: :woo: :Angel:
I haven't trained in years but the throw that's been going through my head consistantly for the past few months is Yoko Wakare, most definatly my favourite I think!
