Last night I was speaking via MSN Messenger to my wife's uncle, who is a Silat teacher in Bandung and will be teaching me when I go over there next year. My Indonesian is average (my wife would say crap ) and while trying to decipher my Uncle-in-law's sentences he told me about something he called tendangan cekat. He said it is the kicking-heavy form of Silat and from his description sounds very similar to Pananjakman. Anyone heard of it before?

Salaam Pak Jadhi Nurshah Saya senang bertemu dengan Anda. Saya berasal dari Inggris. Saya hanya berbahasa Indonesia sedikit saja (istri saya bertemu dari Bandung, dia guru saya ha ha! ). Saya sungat senang berjumpa dengan anda juga :hat:
After further chats with my uncle-in-law, it turns out the full name of this kicking-heavy style of silat is Pencak Silat Pukulan Tendangan Cekat. No-one heard of it before?
