You're all nuts. But thank you. Already started writing responses. Those of you who asked a question will get my answer by PM before it goes live here or on the blog. I believe this adequately displays my gratitude:
I have the rash. Also I'm lacking in end range shoulder flexion in the left shoulder, I've been hitting the mobility WOD for internal rotation and working on it as well as stretching my lats and triceps to death, they acctually died twice now. When doing the first stretch in this video my hands don't even hit the floor and my labrum on the right side feels like it will explode, strangely the left isn't too horrific although neither of my hands can hit the floor. Should I be working on the first rib? Or anything else? [ame]http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=U4d7fsz3g7s[/ame]
Damn, I thought I invented those band stretches which I normally do on an upper body day but maybe I had watched this episode of Mobility WOD a while ago. I'm literally the only person at my gym doing these kind of prehab exercises
3 eggs with cheese, sour cream, and verde salsa along with my morning protein shake. Breakfast of champions.
Verde-spanish for "green"...literally, green salsa. This is not the sort I use (I get mine from trader joe's), but it looks pretty much like this:
Double the eggs, drink the shake an hour later with oats and olive oil in, your Italian can't imagine you need to be told twice to use more olive oil. So we don't high jack this thread we could discus your days eats on here in another thread somewhere if you'd like, it's something I've had some experience with.
Nah, Mexican. http://mexicanfood.about.com/od/supersalsas/r/salsaverde.htm Spicy food for breakfast is rather popular here in the southwest.
Thanks. I have no Italian blood in my veins, AFAIK...but I might, as my mum is adopted and doesn't know her entire family history. :/
Ah, well EVOO is tasty either way use peanut butter is you want just something dense in calories from fat lol
