teh cardio connection

    Aaaaah boxing... such a nice sport, one of my favorites.

    You guys have a lot of cardio! I would gas if I had to fight more than one round lol. So check it out, I'm not a pro fighter or anything but I want to last in self defense, I get way too tired these days.

    What are some workouts that you guys can prescribe to me?

    running/swimming/biking

    I'm a fan of alot of bag work.

    Changing the pace and distance of the bag work; throwing different combinations, and randomally bursting out into an intense 30 second constant attack.

    I'm exactly the same :D I had to take a few weeks of training due to a chest infection... resulting in my cardio hitting rock bottom :bang:
