    Frodocious: True, taking a step back will probably speed up progress in the long run. But impatience struck again and made me push to the harder version. :p

    Will start working those low LSits next workout onwards.

    Tell me about it! I've been there and done that far too many times! Now I'm just gritting my teeth and accepting that slow progress is often much better in the long run. :)

    - Reverse Plank 75s
    - Plank 75s

    Support Hold
    - 4 x 15s

    Low LSit
    - 1 x 30s
    - 2 x 15s

    Planche Exercises
    - Frogstand 30s
    - Adv Frogstand 25s, 34s

    Shoulder Press
    - 1 x 5 @ 10kg, 30kg
    - 5, 3, 2 @ 45kg

    Felt weak.

    Cooldown
    - Wrist Prehab
    - Shoulder Prehab

    No Glute Ham Raises because I forgot my (large) towel that I use as padding for the knees. Also did not feel like doing much after the not so great attempt with the shoulder press.

    Will probably move around some more things and then try to stick with it for a while again. I'm going to drop the shoulder press goal and keep it as a 'secondary' exercise.

    Quick update: Due to a lack of motivation I will be taking a break (again). Will probably still do some training so I won't lose what little progress I have made, but will do less / something else and not update for a while.

    Just wanted to let you guys know instead of disappearing without a word.
