..... A whizzer is where you get a single overhook (just above the elbow) and step out - driving him face down into the mat. E.g. Overhooking this right elbow with your left arm, step up with your left foot & back - out with your right, turning your body sharply to the right and down.

Nice stuff Yoda, a bit strong for me though, I prefer some of this! well it was the best pic I could find have to do.....
