I enrolled in the recurring membership and my Paypal sent me an email this morning stating that a fee has been withdrawn, but when I logged in my inbox is full (I am no where near the 300 limit) and I cannot access Support's Forum. I am wondering if this is a glitch when account renews, or what? Thanks!
I've added the subscription for you manually. It looks like you're still using a recurring payment that only survived for a couple of weeks because we realised that the low monthly cost would end up being charged a fortune by paypal to manage. Could you therefore log in to your account and cancel that monthly payment from your end to ensure it doesn't go through again? The annual options are still available, and you should now have the full range of supporting member options for the next month.
