Very fast, i noticed after slowing down the video that when striking down from left to right ( number 2?) that your left hand comes in and holds your right lower arm, is that for extra power-pushing down to increase the speed of the strike or is more to direct the blow.
LOL! Ok - firstly - that wasn't me going fast The arm thing is to prevent me from moving my elbow too close to my body or too far across centreline.
