Starting tomorrow

    Alright im starting Muay thai/mma classes tomorrow.
    Anything specific i should know or expect?

    Get some sleep your gonna need it. Wear loose clothing

    Eat a good healthy meal a couple of hours before you go to training. Your going to need the energy. Drink plenty of water tonight, you'll sweat heaps tomorow.

    Expect to be worked hard.

    Most of all, try and enjoy the experience

    Mushroom De-powered to come back better than before.

    Make sure you got a towel to wipe off the sweat during workout.

    Expect a lot of bruising around the arm and possibly chest area if youre not used to any form of grappling.

    Leave your ego at home. Remember everyone started at the bottom. The most important thing is to have fun.
