Starting a new style of Silat today! :-)

I've got to say that it takes a sense of self-importance that's a bit foreign to me to suppose that what you're doing right now is building up anything other than annoyance. You don't seriously think that people are going to sit around for the next few months eagerly anticipating learning the name of your new silat style, do you?

Tell us about the experience or don't. But vague innuendos about how awesome it's going to be when we know really isn't making this thread look very good.

I can see little of value coming out of this thread a year until the "big reveal" so perhaps lock it and open it when the OP has anything to actually post on it.

you made this up yourself? define "really good" then. and what makes your style "really good" as compared to any other style of silat? or compared to any other martial art?

 

He didn't create the style in question. But yeah, I agree with Hannibal. This isn't going anywhere.
