Translation: It's new. This means it's probably not heavily tested, and moreover, little to no investigation of long term side effects has been done. Translation: It really does a number on your body's hormone balance. I'm no expert, but this probably isn't a very good thing and will ultimately result in a huge pile of side effects. Translation: I have NO idea what this means, probably supposed to make it sound like it decreases bodyfat or something. Translation: Tribbity trabbity troo? Translation: "Well above normal"? Side effects ahoy! Translation: I don't think this really means it eliminates side effects. Hence why it doesn't just come out and say that this eliminates side effects. Translation: Excessive buzz wording designed to make it sound really neat. Translation: Yet ANOTHER ingredient that's supposed to increase testosterone? Man, this stuff will probably turn you into a really moody 800 pound gorilla. Translation: Physician will likely urge against it, that's just the producer's way of politely saying it's your funeral if you take the stuff and it totally messes around with you. Overall: As far as I can tell, the stuff probably doesn't work at all or works like any old performance enhancing drug.
ZMA has been extensively tested under clinical conditions many times and there is loads of genuine scientific evidence to back up its claims and from mostly non-sports sources and from non-vested interests. It is now used by the majority of American Football teams, in order to make great gains in terms of strength and recovery. It also helps you sleep, deeply. After all it's just Magnesium, Zinc and B6 in the optimum amounts, very little science to understand. Other than it increases the body's ability to form Testosterone Receptors, which in turn can increase the uptake of available testosterone that the body is being fed. Tribulus again is something that potentially is amazing. I'm still a tad skeptical about the great benefits that it is supposed to bring, but I can certainly see how it would help Hard Gainers gain some muscle. It also has some pleasant and not entirely unwarranted side-effects. Boooiinnggg! Tireces post was funnier though and probably closer to the truth. Both these products are reviewed here: http://www.martialartsadvice.com/cat.php?cat=6 As Yoda said-Endorsed by Rambo, sells buckets.
Tribulus terrestris does more for your "boooiiiiing" than your actual testosterone production, from what I've heard. 6-OXO is, indeed, a good anti-estrogen, for being legal without a prescription. So if you're just coming off a cycle of prohormones, it's good to take for a few weeks, otherwise there's no reason to decrease your natural estrogen levels. ZMA's good, fine, great to take before you go to sleep, a couple hours away from dairy products (since calcium blocks zinc absorption).
That's what the Boooinngggg! ment. It gets you up in the morning, whether you like it or not- just don't walk into any Banks is all I'm saying....
Hehe, right--just saying it works better as a cheap cialis substitute than a muscle builder/strength enhancer.
Sounds a lot like ZMA, M and Tribex from the biotest store over at www.t-mag.com As for side effects, they should be minimal, since it does not raise test levels into the unnatural fields. Unless you've seen men with naturally high testosterone levels experience side effects, I wouldnt be worried about boosting your test to the high-normal fields. I'm considering trying the biotest package, If I do I'll post how it was.
