I just a had a toasted sandwich (wholemeal organic) with 8 egg omelette (I rarely eat this but I felt like it today) with added cheddar cheese (100 gr) on wholemeal bread toast. Added lettuce, 2 avocados avocado (as butter replacement), tomato, lemon juice, and fresh mushrooms. Drank 600 mL soy milk after the sandwich, 2 bananas and 3 kiwis ( ), I mean kiwi fruits Gee, thank God I am not into traditional fasting or a bigu DC. I love good food!
Just had M+S microwave chilli and rice with pint of milk. Pre-WO tastyness BTW - M+S microwave meals are excellent, they're making a big deal these days about how they don't add any artificial ingredients, they make them low salt and no trans fat etc. Great stuff.
Before i ate healthy, i was never fat but microwave meals used be a staple of my diet. The only thing wrong with them is the salt. My dad eats the ones from morrisions (supermarket). They smell good and there made of chicken, vegtables, spices and too much salt. If the salt was additional i would go back to buying them all the time.
Yeah same here. Microwaved currys, microwaved lasagnes....mmmmm. Now all i seem to eat is Mash potato, Salad with meat of my choice.
M+S meals taste like crap? News to me mate, they taste great over here at least. Like I said, M+S are big on making sure that their microwave meals are as healthy as possible, including not adding salt.
a cup of cold tomato soup, I can't eat properly because i got my tongue oierced yesterday, have to go get some soya shakes later as I can't take dairy (I hate soya though but I have to get my calories from somehwere).
1 piece of toast, 2 custard cream biscuits (im sorry, i couldnt help myself!) and a pint of milk. Its post workout so im ok to eat what the heck i like.
