Breakfast: A bowl of porridge A yoghurt Dinner: A protein shake Tea: A full cooked roast chicken dinner An aero and 3 chewing gums. Thats all ive had today im ashamed to say. But considering i woke up at 3pm it isnt bad.
12:30pm- Home made Pepperoni and anchoive pizze and 2 Becks. :love: 3:30pm- Fruit Smooty and Protein Shake
2oz Tuna (not in oil) a cup of green salad leaves shredded, 2 slices of wholemeal. That was my brekkie at 10am, as I slept in this morning and still got to work on time at 7:30am, damn BST.
8.30AM - Muesli and Smoothie 1PM - Jerk Chicken and Basmati Rice and Water Plans.... 3.30PM - Lunch number 2, probably fried bacon 6PM - Dinner, probably salmon and oven chips 10PM - Supper, probably grapes, kiwi fruits, peanuts, milk.
7:15 am about a cup of oats, some raisins, cooked with milk. 1 whole orange, 1 cup apple juice. this is daily...
since i'm about to eat lunch: 12:00pm two whole wheat samwhiches, with about 4 slices of hard salomi, about one cup of baby carrots, a harvest peach yoplait, one piece of string cheese. will eat one fruit and grain apple cinamon sunbelt bar at about 3-4 pm.
Do you not put any glucose or simple sugars in there too? It really knocks my recovery times down alot...
