Is there a way to stop getting so dizzy when repeatedly do doing any kick where u have to turn or spin?
Like every time I do 4-5 tornado kicks in a row I get dizzy right away

Is there any way to stop this from happening because I'm in my taekwondo school's demo team and need to be able to do multiple tornado kicks without stopping

Fix your eyes on one point and try to maintain your sight on that point for as long as you can. You'll end up turning your head really quickly, but in bursts, rather than continuously, this will help somewhat.

Interestingly enough my son who is on the autistic spectrum can spin all day long and doesn't get dizzy, in fact when he was younger it was a method of self soothing for him.

Jeffkins said it already but another way to picture his technique is to watch how figure skaters move their heads in the those continuous spins.
