sore elbows

    and let me say first, dont need another lecture about punching and over extending my elbow.

    it happens every once and a while from wrestling/grappling, probably from a mix of pulling with the arms and having them put into armbars ect...
    (it feels like im getting tendonitis in my elbow--sorta like tennis elbow feels)

    what i wanna know is how i could strengthen that joint or the best way to alleviate that irritating pain that comes and goes

    Your elbow can only heal in time. Ice it after a workout, try to keep off of it or use it to a minimum, and wait about one or two weeks after the pain goes away until you use it like you have been before you injured it. This happened to my knee once, and this was the advice I was given.
