Hey I never said to do those crunches right after u finish those steaks Think of those extra crunches as punishments for gobbling those steaks The theory is, u eat one steak, u loose 2 packs and then u do 50 crunches, or 100 for u Yoda and gain 4 packs, that's 2 more packs u see, put as much time in exercising as u put in eating, I bet this will solve a hell of a lot of probs |Cainj|

No - at the moment Yoda is a fat lardy wobble-belly. Once my life starts to get less complicated I'll whip myself back into shape. Diet & fitness are well down on my list of priorities at the moment
