Anyone in the states going to try to make it to this tournament or series of tournaments this year? : http://kungfuchampionship.com/sanfrancisco/ It's in July, so less than a month away. The light sparring rules are a little lame, but the San Shou looks like it'll be a lot of fun. I'm still feeling very unprepared for this even though I've ramped up my training this year, so I may not make it until the Vegas tournament later in the fall (September).
I would totally say, pick me up and we can go. But first problems: 1. I've been out of training for the last month, due to visiting family and stuff. Also, my car is going to the shop (no transportation for a bit). 2. I never bother training for Sanda for like 3 years now LOL. So will probably get owned on points.
we're going to have to do the september one in Vegas. that july date is no longer feasible and san francisco's like a 10-12 hour drive! Vegas is only 4.
