Security Update to MAP

    In the next 30-45 minutes, the site will experience around 5-10 minutes (max, hopefully!) downtime whilst we install an urgent security update.

    Without this update, the site is highly vunerable to hackers, so I hope you understand the urgency to install this straight away.

    Sorry to disappoint you G - it's the server software (PHP/Apache/Zend) that is being upgraded!

    I can think of 3 or 4 off the top of my head.

    ... and it's happened before here. People sometimes leave with a grudge when they don't get all their own way.
