Hello all, last night I purchased a copy of a book called "Samurai Strategies" wriiten by Boye Lafayette De Mente. In it, it covers the 42 key points from Musashi's book Go Rin Sho (book of five rings) and their application to modern life/martial arts. has anyone heard of this author? Is he credible? And has anyone read this book? cheers ~Nick
I read another book by him called samurai code I think, it was pretty enjoyable, talked about samurai code of honor, bushido, and how it devoloped, I think it was by him, because the book title is the same. He is regarded as a very capable writer.
