hi just another quick question I have took to stretching using my gi belt, this is where pull yourself down and hold the stretch using the belt .I was just wondering if this a safe way to increase you flexibility or maybe doing some damage . I been doing this for a month Any advice thanks
Can you post a picture of the stretch you're talking about? What have your results been like in the last month? Any "twinges"?
Hello sorry but I can't really show a picture as I got from a fellow student from my ju jitsu class like i say you use a belt or some rope to pull yourself in to the stretch and just hold it like a normal stretch I was wondering if this is damaging any suggestions thanks
The belt won't be damaging, but the incorrect stretch might do, describe the stretch or find a picture?
