I'm a student in jobcorps right now so I'm limited as to what I can do, but there is a football field that I three laps around then practice line punching and kicking up and down. With jump rope. what some of other things I could do
Sprints instead of just running. Bodyweight exercises. Toss a sack full of anything around the field (it'll look good if it's something free but nasty when they make the movie of your life)
Forget horse stance, sprints are training you for the way a fight works. Sudden use of energy. Rope's great for cardio & footwork
