My goals with this plan are mixed, I want good basic conditioning and fat burn, and a over all good progression in sparring with emphasis on kicking, and of course being all over strong enough for grading and working as a doorman. here goes.

Monday: Taekwon-Do lesson, 1,5 hours (regular lessons, you know the drill :p)

Tuesday: Boxing/Street Martial Arts (Grappling, joint locks etc)

    Wednesday: Taekwon-Do Lesson

Thursday: Abdominal strength (Core, arms, back, chest)

Friday: Taekwon-Do basic and sparring lessons

    Saturday: Boxing sparring/bagsession or swimming/cardio

Sunday: Rest, one can't exercise every day :p

This is a general plan of the week, with a "back off-week" every fifth week, thanks to the tricking community for that idea, let's see if they know their stuff.

In addition I will do Van Zandts stretch-routine as posted in the flexibility-stickies. (cant wait 'till your book comes out man!)

I have trouble figuring out the balance conserning strength conditioning. should I put in a strength session for the legs, and what exercises should I do for the already planned strength-session?

    What do you think, people?
